Simon PhillipDALE(Gateshead) Passed away with his family by his side on 12th August 2024, aged 54 years.
Beloved husband of Shirley, a loving dad to his sons and daughters, a much loved brother to his sisters and brothers.
Would family and friends please meet for funeral service at Saltwell Cemetery Chapel on Friday 23rd August 2024 at 10am. Followed by committal at Saltwell Cemetery at 10.30am.
